Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) is an engineering and technology university in Brunei Darussalam that specializes in the niche areas of engineering, business and computing. Academic programmes are being offered by the Faculty of Engineering, School of Computing and Informatics and UTB School of Business. UTB continues to take pride in and maintain its successful hands-on approach in teaching and learning, and also the relevancy of its curricula to the needs of the industry. In research, UTB is striving to become a university that can contribute to the enrichment of knowledge and the solving of contemporary issues through its research endeavours.
The Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP)

The Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) is Cambodia’s oldest and one of the largest public universities, which hosts more than 12,000 scholarship and full-fee paying students, across a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. RUPP also provides Cambodia’s foremost degree-level language programs through the Institute of Foreign Languages. Due to its many achievements, RUPP has full membership of the ASEAN University Network (AUN). RUPP is located on three spacious campuses. The main campus lies roughly five kilometers from the center of Phnom Penh. Adjoining the main campus is the Institute of Foreign Languages. Roughly one kilometer further from town lies RUPP Campus II, in which the departments of History, Sociology and Philosophy reside.

The National University of Laos (NUOL) is the first comprehensive or full-fledged university in the history of Lao PDR. Since its establishment on November, 5th 1996, in accordance with the Prime Minister’s Decree No. 50/PM, dated June, 9th 1995, the NUOL was established by amalgamation of the existing higher education institutions which were then operated under different ministries. It comprises of 10 institutions namely: the Pedagogical University of Vientiane, Polytechnic University, Medical Science University, Nabong College of Agriculture, Dongdok College of Forestry, Tadthong College of Irrigation, Institute of Architecture, Institute of Transportation, College of Electricity and Electronics and the Centre for Establishment of Veunkham Agro-Forestry University.
